I have in several places in New York in the last 10 ten years when I need med to combine living , working and visit the city. This place is in the top of my list , everything is brand new, the amenities of the building are fabolous and allow you in a rainy day to go to the gym or other common space. The apartment has everything your and how they took care about the details is really great. It’s rare that you can find a place brand news in NYC like this one. Also Mott Heaven is a real vibrant locations full of great spots

Absolutely wonderful stay!
This home exceeded all our expectations. The property was absolutely beautiful - every detail was thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, with easy access to everything we needed during our visit.
What really stood out was the host’s exceptional communication. They responded to our messages incredibly quickly, which made the entire experience seamless from booking to checkout. Their attentiveness and professionalism made us feel truly welcomed.
I would not hesitate to book this property again and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family. This is exactly the kind of place that makes you want to return!
